TMT Group’s new headquarters in Stockport, designed by Sheila Bird Studio, embodies The Art of Construction, blending sustainability, craftsmanship, and innovation. The workspace is split between the main office and the TMT Construction Lab, a hands-on environment for prototyping, testing, and showcasing sustainable building methods.

Guided by circular design principles, the project features reclaimed steel, scaffolding, and timber, alongside eco-conscious materials such as Polygood and Paperstone. The interior combines natural textures, warm tones, and biophilic elements to enhance wellbeing and productivity. Flexible social zones also serve as event and collaboration spaces, reflecting TMT’s creative and community-driven culture.
