A complete ground floor transformation of a five-bedroom house in Clapham Park, centred around a new rear and side kitchen extension with garden room. The tile specification runs seamlessly across all ground floor spaces, anchored by a warm, tonal palette that shifts softly between areas without breaking the flow of the scheme.

The kitchen and terrace are unified in a large-format 60×60 porcelain in a sandy bisque tone — outdoor-rated for the terrace floor, and carried into the internal kitchen with a coordinating Longarine format used to clad the RSJ steel boxing. The utility room introduces an ivory matt 60×120 with a toning décor skirting detail, while the cloakroom moves into a softer blush pink — the same large format, with matching skirting — bringing warmth and personality to the smallest space in the house.
